Community Bridges, founded in 1982, is a non-profit agency with a mission to advance the integration, growth and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access and find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.

We are currently looking for a full time Infant Mental Health Specialist for our Early Childhood Support and Services department in Concord, NH!

Basic Function:

The Infant Mental Health Specialist provides developmental support services, family therapy, service coordination, and parent education to families with children ages birth to three. Participates in transdisciplinary assessments and the writing of assessment reports, providing expertise in the areas of family systems, psycho-social issues, adult and child psychology, behavior, and social/emotional development. Participates in the development of the treatment plan as well as provides consultation to other staff and other agencies with whom we collaborate.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy or related field; license preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in the mental health field required; home based experience and experience participating on transdisciplinary team preferred.

Compensation: The starting rate for this position is $42,000 per year. There is a $1,000 sign on bonus for this position - $500 will be paid at time of hire and $500 will be paid after 6 months in the role.

Paid Time Off: For a full-time employee working 40 hours a week, 264.16 hours of Paid Time Off is received per year!

Mileage Reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed for approved mileage driven on the clock.

Paid Training: As an employee, you are paid your usual rate of pay while attending trainings!
