Community Bridges, founded in 1982, is a non-profit agency with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. We currently serve approximately 1100 individuals in the greater Capitol Area. Community Bridges assures and maintains the integration, growth and interdependence of people with disabilities in their home communities so they have positive control over the lives they have chosen for themselves. Community Bridges is a leader in the development of and advocacy for innovative approaches in supporting families.

We are currently looking for Program SEARCH Business Coordinator in Concord, NH!

This position provides effective and efficient workforce development services to Project SEARCH graduates and employers. The purpose of the Business Coordinator is to develop strong working relationships with local employers within the geographic region to encourage successful outcomes of employment for graduating students within both small local businesses and larger companies within the community. Support of effective job preparation, development, and placement to meet Project SEARCH interns' needs, abilities and experience with employer requirements will be provided. Work will be geared to creating best practices for educating and training all students regarding employment recruiting, hiring, and selection practices of employers. This position supports the collaboration and cooperation between program coordinator, businesses, partners, and agencies that will assist Project SEARCH graduates with job placements to reach the goal of 100% employment.

Education: Associated Degree (Years of education can be substituted for years of experience).

Experience: Two years' experience in the human service or related field with persons with disabilities desirable. Administrative experience working in a fast paced environment required. Must possess and maintain a valid NH license and safe driver's record in accordance with Community Bridges standards.

The starting rate for this position is $15 an hour.
