Community Bridges, founded in 1982, is a non-profit agency with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. We currently serve approximately 1100 individuals in the greater Capitol Area. Community Bridges assures and maintains the integration, growth and interdependence of people with disabilities in their home communities so they have positive control over the lives they have chosen for themselves. Community Bridges is a leader in the development of and advocacy for innovative approaches in supporting families.

We are currently looking for a START Clinician in Keene, NH!

The NH START mission is to enhance local capacity and provide collaborative cost-effective support to individuals & their families through exemplary clinical services, education, and training, with close attention to service outcomes.

In this role you will provide clinical assessment, collaboration and consultation in the START program. START Clinicians provide comprehensive service evaluations, cross system crisis plans, intake/assessments, intervention and outcomes planning to individuals with dual diagnoses (developmental disability and mental health concerns).

Education:  Master's Degree in related field.

Experience: At least two years of experience as a clinician or service coordinator with Intellectual or Developmental Disability/Mental Health population, ability to work with complex systems and interest in the population is essential, and can work independently and stay organized work skills along with superb communication and writing skills are essential.

The starting rate for this position is an annual rate of $38,000 - 42,000, depending on experience in field.
