About Us:

Community Bridges, founded in 1982, is a non-profit agency with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. We currently serve approximately 1100 individuals in the greater Capitol Area. Community Bridges assures and maintains the integration, growth and interdependence of people with disabilities in their home communities so they have positive control over the lives they have chosen for themselves. Community Bridges is a leader in the development of and advocacy for innovative approaches in supporting families.

We are currently looking for a Forensic Program Manager for the Forensic Home in Loudon, NH!

Basic Function:

The Forensic Residence is a male residence. We are supporting men who experience developmental disability and occasional behavioral challenges in their home and community. They each have regular daily routines and activities they enjoy in their community. The Forensic Program Manager will be supporting the individuals and ensuring that the program is running efficiently, which includes training, recruitment, and maintaining documentation required for the residence. The manager must ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and agency policies and procedures including: state certification of homes, life safety inspections, employee time sheets, behavioral plan data and reports, medication logs, attendance sheets, fire drills, and other pertinent documentation as requested. On-call responsibilities are on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience:  At least two years' experience working with people who have a disability. Minimum of one year of supervisory and training experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing certification requirements.

Salary: $35,000 per year, depending on education and experience.
