Community Bridges is looking for Behavioral Residential Program Manager. The manager is responsible for all aspects of operation of a certified residence. Ensure that each person receiving services is provided supports as needed to develop and maintain one's independent living skills while preserving one's dignity and self-respect. The right candidate will have strong leadership and team building ability, be flexible regarding work schedule and handling crisis situations and have the ability to communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. Behavioral Program Manager is responsible for the management of service operations, scheduling and supervision of staff.

SOME RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:

  • Provide daily scheduling and supervision of support staff
  • Assure that behavioral plans and service plans are being followed by staff
  • Support the team of direct support staff in their growth and development
  • Support individuals in being a part of their community and in establishing, maintaining, and presenting a positive image.
  • Look for opportunities and seek creative ways to educate the community about stereotypes and persons with disabilities.
  • Attend regular in service plan meetings
  • Assure compliance with applicable state regulations for home certification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree preferred with at least 2 years experience working with people who have developmental disability and_ significant behavioral challenges _and at least 1-year supervisory experience.
