Community Bridges is seeking a Behavioral Program Coordinator.

The Program Coordinator is responsible to provide administrative duties 80% of the time and training, orientation, and direct care tasks 20% of the time. This person will be responsible for various administrative tasks as needed by the Residential and Day Services Program. This person will also assist in filling in with direct care needs on an ongoing basis to ensure knowledge of the needs of day programs and at each residence and to understand the scheduling needs of the individuals that the agency serves.

Education: Associated Degree (Years of education can be substituted for years of experience)

Experience: 2 years experience in the human service or related field with persons with disabilities desirable. Demonstrable technology competencies (see attachment)

  • Administrative experience working in a fast paced environment *

Some Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all support situations as assigned and report to the assigned Assistant Director the status of each situation. Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Provide documentation supports and training to new staff, and supplemental support to existing staff. Coordinate staff orientation to new service assignments.
  • Assist managers in maintaining a list of regular staff schedules and scheduled time off.
  • Assist Directors in assuring that all necessary reports and documentation is submitted on schedule when a manager is absent.
  • Attend the service plan meeting, team meetings, agency and staff meetings and other meeting and/or conferences as requested by supervisor.
