Community Bridges has Full and Part Time Day Program openings working with a variety of individuals. Community Participation Services, also called Day Program, means assistance and instruction provided to individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders. These services are designed to:

 

  • Improve or maintain basic living skills;
  • Offer vocational, volunteer and/or community activities;
  • Enhance social and personal development;
  • Promote personal choice and control in all aspects of the individual's life and services.

 

The Direct Support Professional will assist people to participate in activities of interest to them, while working on their personal goals. This could include volunteering, walking, swimming, hobbies, shopping and much more! Open Opportunities in the Day Program:

  • A variety of Full and Part Time weekday positions throughout the Concord area.
  • Full or Part Time female role models for an active woman living in Hillsboro, who enjoys rock'n'roll, movies, crafts and community events.
