Our Day Program Openings:

Direct Support Professional needed to provide 1:1 support for a young woman from Monday - Friday, 9:30 - 3:00pm. She enjoys being out in the community, actively working on her personal goals, volunteering and is  currently seeking out vocational opportunities. She uses a wheelchair;  a family owned wheelchair accessible van is available. Some assistance with personal care, preparing lunch is needed as well as allowing some time to be out of her wheelchair during the day.

Full time - Monday - Friday 30-40 hours per week (male role model)

Full-time - Monday - Friday 30-40 hours per week, 52 years old and has an acquired brain injury. He enjoys playing cards, pool and feeding the ducks bread at the park. He's really easy going and laid back!

Full-time - Monday - Friday 30-40 hours per week, 30 year old male who is located in Penacook, NH - he enjoys crocheting, fishing, and nature walks (female role model would be best)

Full time Floater - Monday - Friday  30-40 hours per week for CSS department (female role model)

Full Time Floater - Monday through Friday  30-40 hours per week (female role model) 

Full time 30 hrs/wk in Concord, very active 22 year old man who enjoys running and biking.

Full Time Monday through Friday 9AM-3PM Concord area, one staff to support two active men 1:1 throughout the week  

Part Time 10 hours Monday & Wednesday, supporting 23 year old man who enjoys bowling, hiking, swimming & video games

Part time (2 staff needed) - 44 hrs/wk in Hillsboro, Monday thru Sat. active 40 year old woman who uses a wheelchair and enjoys a variety of crafts. (female role model)

Part time* -  15 hrs/wk in Andover, 21 year old man who prefers a staff who shares some of his interests - such as video games.

Part-time* - less than 19 hours a week in the Franklin area (female role model)

Part-time* - less than 19 hours a week in the Hillsborough area (male role model)

*May be combined for Full time positions
