Join the team as a NH START Coordinator - In this role you will provide clinical assessment, collaboration and consultation in the START program (Systematic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources and Treatment). START Coordinators provide comprehensive service evaluations, cross system crisis plans, intake/assessments, intervention and outcomes planning to individuals with dual diagnoses (developmental disability and mental health concerns).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for this position:

  • Ability to complete START certification
  • Ability to provide systematic consultation in accordance with the START model
  • Ability to interact with individuals in a variety of settings while providing consultation
  • Ability to collect and enter data timely

Required Experience

  • At least two years of experience as a clinician or service coordinator with ID/MH population.
  • Ability to work with complex systems and interest in the population is essential.
  • Independent and organized work skills along with superb communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Masters Degree in related field
